Please try to fill out this form as much in advance as possible so that the TES A/V team has time to prepare. Please note that this is only for technical requirements (audio, visual, etc.) – There are separate forms for things like seating layout, financial planning, publicity, etc.

Layout

This form is only about the layout as it relates to microphones, cameras, etc. There is a separate form about seating layout.

Please describe the layout as it relates to the presenter (e.g. presenter(s) will be at podium on the Bima).

Audio

Are there any other audio/video details that need to be planned for? By default the Bima is set up with a mic on each podium. Do you have any additional audio needs (additional microphones, wireless microphones, instrument inputs, etc.)?

Visuals

Will there be any multimedia (PowerPoint, videos, pre-recorded music, etc.)? Please specify.

What, if anything, needs to be displayed on the in-person screens in the sanctuary? (e.g. screens off; screens display whatever the live stream displays like during a service; etc.)?
